Value first. Scale only where evidence supports it.
- Waste and residues first: used cooking oil and processing co-products such as cottonseed.
- Existing landscape resources: croton and other resources with verified sustainable collection systems.
- Integrated oilseeds: castor, canola/rapeseed and other approved crops where agronomy, food security and farmer economics are sound.
- Controlled research: jatropha remains evidence-led and will not be scaled on promotional assumptions.

Mavueni is the technical and commercial nucleus.
The five-acre Hub will validate feedstocks, process design, quality systems, farmer logistics and commercial performance before larger investments are made.
